Fourth Quarter Enterprises provides independent engineering consulting - signal integrity, power integrity, and EMC analysis for high-speed digital hardware. We are not a semiconductor vendor, EDA tool reseller, contract manufacturer, test house, or certification authority. Nothing on this website constitutes a warranty of fitness for a particular program, and nothing on this website should be construed as legal, regulatory, or qualification advice.
